A COR massage blends a range of techniques into a fluid, responsive whole. Guided by your body’s language in the moment. We will go over your complains, strains or the reason of your visit before we start. Applied techniques include relaxation massage, Swedish techniques, hot stone warmth for deep ease, Lomi Lomi–inspired flow, targeted acupressure points, ... Every movement and modulation is informed by what your body is asking for, not a fixed routine. This isn’t merely symptom relief, it’s nervous-system nourishment. When combined with Holosomatic Bodywork and True Self Coaching, intuitive massage becomes part of a larger foundation: we don’t just calm the surface, we help your system build new patterns of safety, connection, and resilience from the inside out.
